PLANNING
J & J Staffing is a temp to hire staffing agency. We are committed to: acquiring, employing, and managing the best candidates for your employment. We offer negotiable contracts for our employees to work 480 hours or 90 days, but no more than 1 year. We provide candidates at your request and as close to your specifications as possible. We make sure all candidates possess a high school diploma, have required experience, and able to pass a drug screening and background check. All of our employees are state certified through Key Train. All candidates are subject to a thorough pre-screening that is behavioral based and skilled tested, to ensure that the best candidates are chosen.
STRATEGY
J & J Staffing will handle recruiting, including reference checks, skills evaluation, preliminary interviewing, and screening of all employees for its clients. J & J Staffing acts as an extension of the client’s human resource department, assuring that there is open communication between supervisor and employee, and assisting
with any troubleshooting or problem solving that may be needed.
RESULTS
One of the keys to success for J & J Staffing is to maintain and grow its relationship with its existing clients and employees. J & J Staffing believes that it is more expensive to find new clients and employees than to keep and nurture existing ones.
